5.4. Monetary Policy

All tokens will be created together. Under no circumstances will new token issues be enabled, so the total in circulation can never be greater than 300,000,000 tokens.

300,000,000 N21 Tokens will be created. Initial Nominal Value: 1 N21 = 0.1 USDT. N21s may be sold at market value, at a premium or at a discount.
